Included in the free resizing policy within 14 days we have the ability to size up your rings (Disincluding eternity rings and enamel rings) up to 1.0 size from the original size. For more information, contact us via email. 

We currently offer a restringing solution for our String of Love bracelet. The cost of the procedure is 30$ USD, it is available for both US and international customers, however the shipping and return label will not be provided by us for international customers.

Please note that we can't resize 18k Gold Vermeil Plated Items, it would already ruin the outer plating surface causing the gold plating to flake off heavily.
